This reciprocal agreement is formed to promote SOCO’s complete line of automated sawing machines, benders and laser machines. Haven’s President, Dave Erickson states, “This is a natural partnership to expand SOCO’s impressive line of tube processing equipment to the U.S. market. Our combined knowledge of these technologies gives our customers a single source for all of their tube processing solutions.”

Haven Manufacturing Corporation has formed an agreement with Eaton Leonard Tooling to sell the ELT line of tube forming machines. ELT has long been a quality supplier of forming tools, now offering a complete solution for turnkey tube forming machines. These machines are a natural extension of Haven’s tube cutting and end finishing product line. This alliance will give Haven and ELT customer’s one source for all of their tube processing solutions.

Haven Manufacturing Corporation has been building Double End Finishing equipment since 1984. As with all of our products, the Haven End Finisher is considered the benchmark in the tube end chamfering industry. Driven by the never ending challenge to improve our customer’s ability to compete in a global economy, Haven is introducing a new generation of Double End Finishing machines that have already demonstrated superior performance. The primary change is in the tube clamp-up design. The previous swing arm method has been changed to a straight line direct clamp-up design. This design reduces centerline setup errors, reduces setup time and improves chip extraction. The new line of Haven End Finishers will consist of four primary models, with maximum diameter capacities of 1.50”(38mm), 3.0” (76mm), 4.0”(102mm) and 5.0” (127mm).

Starting in 1995, ISTW has steadily built their business growth plan around Haven tube processing equipment. Haven Manufacturing Corporation through its exclusive sales and service agreement with SOCO Machinery will be expanding its product line with the addition of three new machines in 2010.The products will include: tube and bar washing/drying system; 6.0" diameter capacity automatic tube sawing system; and a state-of-the-art tube laser cutting machine.

The tube/bar washing system is designed to provide clean and dry parts at tube and bar cutoff line speed.It will be compatible with SOCO’s SA-series of automatic saws and can be integrated with Haven’s full line of dual blade shear tube cutting and supported shear tube cutoff machines.

The 6.0" capacity automatic tube sawing system is a continuation of SOCO’s full line of SA-series automated saws.This machine will answer the requests from many Haven customers for reliable and fast processing of large diameter tubing.

The SOCO laser tube cutting machine will prove to be the most advanced design in the laser market; featuring state-of-the-art controls and capabilities.

These product introductions will be staggered through the year and will be sold and serviced exclusively in the U.S. and Mexico by Haven.Product launch dates and complete literature availability will be announced as the machines are released.

The second product featured will be a SOCO Machinery Model SA-78 automated high tensile tube sawing machine.The collaboration between Haven and SOCO enables Haven to enter into the heavy wall and solid bar markets.The SOCO Model SA-78 is a fully automated production line best suited for the tubing market.Secondary operations, such as wire brush de-burring, double end chamfering, length measuring and tube stacking can be integrated to the saw.Both HSS and TCT carbide saw blades can be used on this machine.
