Richard Latham ::: Digital Marketing Integrator

Most of you have probably wandered here through some search engine looking for "that" Richard Latham. I'm the one that's been in the Atlanta Area most all of my life, the one that was a musician in the 1980s and 90s, the one that has been in the Internet/Multimedia Industry since 1994. That's me!

As of February, 2010 I am working full-time at MEI Corporation as Director of Internet Commerce. MEI is an industry leader in air conditioning and heating components for heavy-duty equipment.

Two years ago, we built a second home in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We originally intended to sell our mountain cabin once completed, but as it came together we realized we wanted to keep it. If you live in the Atlanta area, you owe it to yourself to take the short ride to the Blue Ridge area, including Blue Ridge, McCaysville, and Murphy, NC,

One of the coolest things about the area is that there are truly four seasons, unlike Atlanta. The people are great, and there are lots of activities to do while you're there. Some of those include fishing, hiking, rafting, and motorcycle riding.

I am amazed at the opportunities in real estate, especially mountain properties, in that area. There are some real deals! If you're thinking about a second home that is less than 2 hours from Atlanta, you should definitely check the Blue Ridge Area.
